Q. Do you have a physical store?  If so where are you located?

Yes, we do have a physical store.  Our store is located at junction of Shroeder RD & SH 249 N. We are one block north from Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.  Please click here to get the location map.

Q. Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance?

At this point we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance.  For Medicare beneficiary we recommend that you log on to Medicare web site  www.Mediare.gov and click the link: https://www.medicare.gov/supplierdirectory/search.html to find suppliers of medical equipment &  supplies near your zipcode. For Private Insurance we recommend you call the “Provider Finder” on back of your insurance card to find out where to go to get the medical supplies or equipment covered by your insurance. Note – prescription is required to get supplies paid by your insurance provider.

Q. How do I send you a request for product inquiry?

Browse through our products, and when you find the one you are interested in, click on “Request More Info” button.  This will add the product to the “Request More Info” Cart.  Click on the “Request More Info” on the Home page, write your message and send it to us. We will respond within one business day or sooner.
